Lamb for Sale
Our lambs are grown on the pasture as long as the weather allows. In the winter we feed them hay grown on our own land. They are supplemented with barley to give them enough energy in the cold months. We butcher them at 6 - 8 months for the optimum taste and meat quantity. Try our lamb to taste the difference!
We have half or whole lambs available in season, usually from December to February. The cost is $8/lb hanging weight; that includes getting it cut and wrapped. Most of our lambs are at least 55 lbs on the rail. Our meat is butchered, cut, and wrapped to your specifications at an inspected facility. Halal is available upon request.
